I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent work In2Motion has done within our centre to enable a better quality of life for all of our residents.
They were also the driving force behind establishing an Exercise Physiology-based Falls Prevention Program for Fitzgerald Memorial Aged Care Facility and other Aged Care Facilities in the Hawkesbury area.
Furthermore, In2 Motion has worked closely with the Hawkesbury-Hills Division of General Practice and the Aged Care Facilities in establishing programs and initiatives that so many people in the Hawkesbury region have been able to benefit from, as well as various amounts of training to facility staff.
