Am I able to book an appointment via this website?

Yes you can.

Simply click on the “Contact Us” tab in the right hand toolbar and enter your contact details and appointment requests into the generated email program we have setup. This will automatically send the details through to our reception staff and we will be able to make the appointment.

However, although this is a convenient way to book an appointment, we recommend that you call our reception team on 02 4578 7744 asap to ensure we can best accommodate your needs.

Does your team take onboard professional practice students and/or work placements?

Yes we certainly do.

We take many university placement students throughout each year as we feel it is very valuable for younger upcoming Allied Health Professionals to better understand, learn and gain further experience in their chosen field of expertise.

If you would like to complete a work placement with our team, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request.

Do you have any exercise equipment at your clinic that I could utilise to help achieve my goals?

Yes, our new clinic offers a state of the art rehabilitation specific gym.

With a full range of cardio equipment, pilates reformer, dual stack Free Motion machine and loads of additional weights, swiss balls, body blades and many other pieces

Are all of your staff accredited professionals with relevant credentials and insurances?

YES, ALL In2 Motion staff meet the strict guidelines for full membership and accreditation with all relevant professional associations in Australia.

As well as that, ALL the team at In2 Motion are fully accredited with NSW WorkCover, Medicare Australia, Department of Veteran Affairs, CommCare and All Private Health Funds.

Is there any public transport available nearby?

Yes there is plenty of public transport available nearby.

We have a bus stop directly across the road from our clinic and the Richmond Train Station is only 70m from our front door.

There are also plenty of taxi’s around to help accommodate your transport needs.

I would prefer to be seen by a female therapist…Do you have female staff that can assist me?

YES that’s fine.

The team at In2 Motion consists of both male and female Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists so whether you would prefer a male or female therapist, our team can accommodate all requests.

Do I need a referral to attend your clinic?

No you don’t need a referral in most cases. We have many private patients that simply choose to ring us and book an appointment. Private patients, regardless of how they are paying for the consultation or whether they have private health insurance, do not need a referral.

However, if your consultation is regarding a Workers Compensation or Third Party claim, we will need a referral from your Doctor to enable our team to treat you under the relevant scheme.

In addition, if you are eligible for a Medicare rebate, your Doctor will have provided you with the appropriate paperwork and all you need to do is bring that paperwork, along with your Medicare card to your initial consultation and we will take care of the rest for you.

Where do I park when attending your clinic?

YES we do have on-site parking available.

We have a large amount of parking at the rear of the premises.

Simply drive down the drive and you can park on-site.

We also has specialised disabled allocated parking and all parking is very close to our entrance ramp.

Can I claim my private health rebate at your clinic?

YES you can claim your health fund rebate at our clinic.

As we have full HICAPS facilities onsite, you can simply swipe your private health fund card and the only cost to you will only be any gap that may apply for the service AFTER your private health fund rebate.

Do you have credit card facilities?

YES we certainly do. We have full EFTPOS and Credit Card facilties at our clinic
