Kurrajong Nursing Home has been using In2Motion to provide our residents with services since 2010.
We have 30 high care residents with multiple medical conditions and In2Motion has been instrumental in assisting our residents to maximise their functional abilities.
The weekly visits provide resident assessment, care plan formulation, with 3 monthly reviews and evaluations.
