I have had dealings with In2 Motion twice a week for the past 6 months; my wife is a high care resident in Richmond nursing home and has advanced dementia. She has had 3 strokes plus severe brain damage in 2009. The original prognosis was not good that was no chance of speech, very limited movement of limbs if at all and limited life expectancy. To a very large degree the work of the team from In2Motion and with the gulp of god she is now talking, able to eat, stand, transfer and walk albeit with a degree of assistance.
This team has great professional skills and a terrific understanding and patience of dealing with people with severe mental problems. They are always courteous and helpful with any request. It is my pleasure to assure everyone that several other residents and carers at this facility are of the same opinion as myself as to the care and professionalism of this firm.

would like to take this opportunity to thank Jason Pilgrim for the tireless efforts he has put into our rugby club in the past 3 years. His motivation to continually push our players and make them better people on and off the field has been an asset to our whole club and for that we are very grateful.
Jason is a very motivated and professional individual who works very long hours throughout the week, regularly offering to assist our team/club member after hours and also assists us at our weekend fixtures, all at no cost to our club or players. He volunteers his time out of his own kindness and in my opinion goes well above and beyond any other health services or practitioners that I have ever been associated with.
The role that Jason so wonderfully completes as the on and off the ground treatment and rehabilitation service for our club is not limited to just a health service, He has become quite good friends with many of the players and officials and for many has become a source of motivation and inspiration in many of their lives.
Jason’s ability to ensure he maintains complete professionalism and integrity at all time, whilst still being able to have fun is a valuable asset that he possess and the whole rugby club, including our players and officials are extremely grateful.

Jason Pilgrim, owner/director form In2Motion, is an absolute asset to young athletes in our Hawkesbury community. He dedicates his experties and personal time to ensuring that these young athletes are educated in avoiding injury, well versed in the merits of good nutrition, and provides advice on stretching , strength and power.
He has offered his services, not only from a professional perspective in his practice, but also volunteered to assist in his own free time. The athletes are highly respectful of Jason’s knowledge and he has great rapport with them.
Jason is an outstanding citezen and ambassador for local buisness in the Hawkesbury district.

The Sebel Resort and Spa Hawkesbury Valley has been associated with In2Moption now for approximately 18months. We sought their expertise when we were findings an increase in staff incidents in the Villa Thalgo spa. The staffs were suffering from lower back pain as well as constant issues with wrists and arms due to the high level of massage that was being performed by the team.
In2Motion with consultations form us and our team we able to devise a program that will help the team strengthen their muscles to allow them to not only perform their duties, but also lead healthier lives outside of the work environment. Constant updating of the program and one on one consultations with the team ensured that it is always refreshened and on the minds of the team. Our goal was obviously to decrease the amount of incidents but also give the team the tools to help their natural way of being as well.
This program has significantly lowered the number of incidents in the Spa and has proved so successful that we want to expand the program out to the other departments in the hotel. With the help of In2Motion this will be done in the next 12 months.
Jason has been very professional throughout the program and has been very appreciable by all the team in the spa. He has always made himself available to the team which I think has been a major factor in why this program works. This shows his passion for the genuine wellbeing of our local community.
In my role as an executive of the local Hawkesbury Chamber of Commerce I have watched In2Motion become an integral and active member of the chamber and it is always a welcome sight when new members become so active.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending In2Motion to anyone with difficulties in this area of staff incidents. It has been one of the best decisions we have made not only to our bottom line but also the wellbeing of our staff at the hotel.
Kind Regards,
Jason Patterson

We would like to endorse the amazing community health service that is provided by the team at In2Motion physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology. Their team has vastly improve the quality of allied healthcare available to residents within the local community and it is with great enthusiasm that we work closely with their team to ensure the better long term outcomes for many of our patients.
The team is led by Jason Pilgrim whom this medical practice has been working closely alongside for several years now. His dedication to improving the health and lifestyle of so many residents within the Hawkesbury community is an asset to be admired. Jason is a very motivated individual who takes great pride in his ability to educate and empower everyday people to better themselves and achieve more form their life. Further to this as president of his state association, Jason had become a community leader in the management and prevention of chronic disease and all of these qualities ensure that the team at In2Motion have a strong and dynamic approach to health care. For these reasons we are always confident in referring our patients to his business and see the benefits of their work on a regular basis.
In addition, our practice has been working closely with Jason and his team and further educating ourselves with how we can best work together for our patients. This includes inviting their team to educational seminars which they conduct to further the musculoskeletal knowledge of the doctors at our practice. This type of interaction is a very unique situation that we have been able to develop and has become another positive for both our business and our patients.
We wish Jason Pilgrim and the team at In2Motion every success in their future and look forward to a long lasting relationship with them.
Kind regards,
Dr Patel and Dr Mistry
I am writing on behalf of the trustees of the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust in testimony to the voluntary contribution In2Motion has made to the trust and their local community. We were approached in May 2011 by Jason Pilgrim, managing director of In2Motion, wishing to organize a charity fundraiser for the cancer trust. We are attempting to raise funds for a $1.5 million, Hawkesbury based Chemotherapy and infusion centre and rely heavily on local persons and organizations to achieve this goal.
Jason proposed to our organization a Morning Tea for the local community which he, along with his team, worked tirelessly to develop into a wonderful community event. Donating countless house to the organisation and recruiting the financial support of local businesses and organizations, Jason and his team managed to raise excess of $13,000 from a single event., this even alone was invaluable. It raised the profile of the trust and our objective of a chemotherapy and infusion centre a proved to be a wonderful day with a charming community spirit,
As a representative of the Hawkesbury Living Cancer Trust, I cannot thank Jason and his team enough for their efforts; they initiated the desire to fundraise, organized support and executed the morning tea flawlessly. I only wish our community had more wonderful businesses like In2Motion.
Their community mindedness and enthusiasm should certainly be rewarded and recognised.
Kind Regards,
Kristen Power

I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent work In2Motion Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology has done within our centre to enable a better quality of life for all of our residents.
They were also the driving force behind establishing a Falls Prevention Program for Fitzgerald Memorial Aged Care Facility and other Aged Care Facilities in the Hawkesbury area.
Furthermore, In2 Motion has worked closely with the Hawkesbury-Hills Division of General Practice and the Aged Care Facilities in establishing programs and initiatives that so many people in the Hawkesbury region have been able to benefit from, as well as various amounts of training to facility staff.

In2Motion have provided me with a variety of services which have enabled me to complete at a national level in Athletics. I originally started seeing their physiotherapists due to tendonitis in the hamstring in 2009/10. With the injury being a priority for them, they were still able to understand me need to be training/completing as soon as possible.
They provided me with management techniques and treatment which had me back up and running within 2 weeks. This enabled me to prepare adequately for the Australian Championships, and run a personal best, which I have no doubt would not have occurred without the enthusiastic approach that the team at In2Motion displayed. They have continued to be my preferred facility for physiotherapy treatment, as well as regular massages to assist in injury prevention.
They are now also responsible for my strength and conditioning programs which are specifically tailored to my needs, and built around the facilities and equipment that I have available. Since starting these programs, I’ve had a noticeable improvement in performance, and will continue to liaise with the team at In2Motion for all the services they provide and value the ongoing support they have offered.

Kurrajong Nursing Home has been using In2Motion to provide our residents with Physiotheapy services since 2010.
We have 30 high care residents with multiple medical condions and In2Motion has been instrumental in assisting our residents to maximise their functional abilities.
The weekly visits provide resident assessment, care plan formulation, with 3 monthly reviews and evaluations.
In2Motion is only a phone call away when advice is needed and I am happy to highly recommend the team at In2Motion.

I could not walk very well without falling, my breathing was hard and heart was not good. My doctor and specialists referred me to the team at In2 Motion and they have been very pleased with the outcomes so far. My specialist does not want to see me now for another 12months.
The people at In2 Motion have helped myself and my wife Pat tremendously. They are a wonderful help, kind and considerate and very friendly.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone.
Thanks for everything.
Keith Pike. (Kurrajong Aged 82)
My name is Yvette Fuser and I have been a female professional cyclist for many years, competing in the top level of female cycling throughout Europe. With help from In2 Motion during the past 2 years, they have allowed me to raise my level in professional cycling from being midway in the field to crossing the line with my hands in the air. Any sports person will know the feeling of crossing the line first, but In2 Motion made me realise this was not all about sports… it was about the way my mind worked in conjunction with my body. No amount of kilometres, hill climbs, and workouts in the gym, swimming or vitamins was going to get me across the line alone, my mind had to want me to be there as well.
In2 Motion’s expertise in Exercise Physiology connected my brain to my body, allowing it to believe in itself and reach a level of synchronicity I had never felt before. The ripple effect of it all extended beyond the bike, it extended into my work, my personal dealings with friends, colleagues and family. It refined the way I tackled each day when walking out the door in any capacity, giving any situation my best with quality being the deliverable in mind each and every time.
I would recommend In2Motion and their expert staff to any sports person who wants to gain that ‘edge’ on the rest. But at the same time, anyone who leads a busy work and personal, whether you are a Plumber, Builder, Accountant, Mother, Lawyer or teacher, a balance between the mind and body achieved through professional Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology is a must to be a winner!

My name is Dawn Gray, I am aged 67 and over the last ten years I have had several major spinal surgeries, two total hip replacements and now after a severe motor vehicle accident, I have again required intensive Physiotherapy and rehabilitation. My doctor referred me to In2 Motion and the team of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists have provided a service that is far superior to any previous treatment I have received in the Hawkesbury.
The staff are wonderful and caring with personal support that is much needed for my injuries suffered and they have allowed me to regain my life back once again. I am very grateful for their expertise, dedication and true understanding of my situation.

We have been working closely with the team at In Motion for the past couple of years and they have always been very supportive of our work for our patients.
Several health promotion initiatives would not have been possible without the time and expertise provided by the team at In2 Motion. It is worthy to note that their involvement with on such promotion, our mens health group, was on a voluntary basis and has allowed a much greater number of men to access the resources than would have otherwise been possible.
Furthermore, In2 Motion has been instrumental in allowing our diabetic patients access to group services that have never been available until instigated by Jason Pilgrim and his team. These group services mean that a very vulnerable section of our community has local access to education and resources that are tailored to our community.
As a member of the health care community within the Hawkesbury, In2 Motion has been tireless in their dedication to providing new and innovative access to treatment and education that will, no doubt, benefit the entire region. It is a pleasure to work closely with such a dedicated and professional team who have the best interests of the community at heart.
